  • Task descriptions: The information you provide to generate a risk assessment. This data is processed by our AI engine and is not stored long-term after generation.
  • Email addresses: Only if voluntarily provided for document delivery or sample downloads.
  • Payment details: Processed entirely by Stripe. We do not store card numbers or payment credentials on our servers.
  • Usage data: Anonymous analytics data including pages visited, device type, and referral source.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data solely for: generating your risk assessment, delivering your documents, processing payments, improving our service, and responding to support requests.

4. Data Retention

Generated documents are automatically deleted from our servers after 7 days. Task descriptions submitted for AI generation are not stored after the document has been created. Email addresses are retained only for the purpose for which they were provided and can be deleted upon request.
