Our service formats these templates to the UK HSE 5-step methodology. Documents are delivered as professionally formatted PDFs, with an online editor for reviewing and refining your assessment before download. Our service provides business-to-business (B2B) software tools, not customized legal or health and safety consulting.

2. User Responsibility and Template Nature

The documents generated by this service are templates intended to serve as a starting point only. They are not finalized safety documents. The user remains legally and solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all documentation before use in the workplace.

• Site-Specific Reality: You must ensure that the generated hazard controls and step-by-step procedures accurately reflect your specific site conditions, equipment, and operational sequencing.

3. AI Disclaimer

Our templates are generated using artificial intelligence and must not be treated as definitive safety advice. The AI cannot see your physical site conditions, assess structural integrity, or know the specific brands of chemicals or tools you are using. The AI may not identify all hazards relevant to your specific workplace. You must supplement the generated assessment with your own knowledge, site-specific observations, and manufacturer Safety Data Sheets (MSDS).

4. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these terms shall limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Subject to the above, RiskAssessmentGenerator.co.uk shall not be held liable for any injury, damage, loss of profit, loss of business, or regulatory action (including HSE fines or interventions) arising from the use or reliance upon any document generated by this service. You agree that you use the generated templates entirely at your own risk. Our total liability to you in respect of all other losses arising under or in connection with this agreement shall be limited to the purchase price of the assessment or your current subscription fee.

5. Commercial Use (B2B)

Our services are intended strictly for business and commercial use. By signing up, you confirm you are utilizing this service in a business capacity and not as a consumer.

6. Payment

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Current pricing is displayed on our website at checkout. Prices may change without notice, but changes will not affect existing purchases.

8. Intellectual Property

Once purchased, you may use the generated documentation for your own internal business purposes and on-site compliance. You may not resell, repackage, or redistribute our generated assessments as a commercial service to third parties.

9. Data Retention

Paid assessments are stored securely for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. After this period, assessments may be permanently deleted. We strongly recommend downloading your PDF for long-term storage. Subscription holders retain access to all generated assessments for the duration of their active subscription.

10. Governing Law

These terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland. The courts of Scotland shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of these terms.
