RiskAssessmentGenerator.co.uk provides AI-generated risk assessment documents formatted to the UK HSE 5-step methodology. Documents are delivered as professionally formatted PDFs, with an online editor for reviewing and refining your assessment before download.

2. User Responsibility

The user remains legally responsible for reviewing and approving their risk assessment before use in the workplace. Risk assessments must be reviewed by a competent person as defined by the Health and Safety Executive.

3. AI Disclaimer

Risk assessments are generated using artificial intelligence and should be treated as a starting point, not a definitive safety document. The AI may not identify all hazards relevant to your specific workplace or task. You should supplement the generated assessment with your own knowledge and site-specific observations.

4. Limitation of Liability

RiskAssessmentGenerator.co.uk shall not be held liable for any injury, damage, loss, or regulatory action arising from the use or reliance upon any risk assessment generated by this service. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the assessment.

5. Payment

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. The current price is £14.99 per assessment (including VAT). Prices may change without notice, but changes will not affect existing purchases.
